  • eBay’s policy clearly states that you when you bid on an item you are entering into a binding contract to purchase that item. Therefore our policy is that all sales are final.
  • Whilst we make every attempt to maintain stock of every item we offer on eBay, from time to time some items may be out of stock due to delays and supply issues with our suppliers and distributors. In accordance with eBay’s policy we will provide you with timely notification of any out of stock or delayed item and place the item on “back order” with our suppliers.
  • All digital media including DVDs, CDs, Software and Console Games are protected by International Copyright Laws. Digital media cannot be returned after delivery being opened, except in the case of defect. We do not accept returns without email approval. Please contact us by email in this situation. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise, please contact us via email, so that we may rectify the problem, prior to leaving feedback.
  • Claims for faulty merchandise must be made within 3 days of receipt/delivery.
  • Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase or the order will be subject to cancellation without notice.
  • Non-paying bidders, including cancellations, will be reported to eBay after 7 days.
  • Smooth transactions will receive positive feedback, once the sale is complete. We consider a sale to be completed once the buyer has left us feedback.
  • Postage on approved returns must be prepaid including defective items. Returns are best made by simply reposting the original package (Australia Post) and marking it ‘Return To Sender”.
  • We guarantee all insured orders. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged, we will ship a replacement order after the minimum transit time has elapsed (15 days for domestic, 30 days for international), pending stock availability. Please email us if you have a delivery problem.
  • Shipping and Handling Refunds - The shipping and handling charged with your order is a non-refundable cost, unless the item you purchased was listed incorrectly online or you were shipped a different product than you ordered.
  • Refunding YOUR shipping cost in returning an item - Your cost for returning an item (regular mail only) will be refunded if the item shipped to you was listed incorrectly online, or you were shipped a different product than you ordered.
  • We process approved refunds via Paypal or or Bank Transfer (also online banking) or Cash on Delivery.
  • A cancellation fee will apply to items won by buyers who no longer wish to purchase the item or change their mind.
  • International Buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties, customs and other import charges for items purchased from outside Australia.
  • Insurance is OPTIONAL in our checkout system and IS NOT for registered mail. We do not offer a “registered mail” service. Our insurance option covers the complete payment, including shipping and handling costs
